Passport to Paris (1999): Spring Break

Passport to Paris (1999): Spring Break

March 15, 2018

I miss the days when Mary-Kate and Ashley ruled the world. So this movie follows Melanie and Allyson as they spend their spring break in Paris with their stuffy US Ambassador grandfather. They want to run wild and meet cute French boys, but he wants them to be cultured. The film depicts the power struggle. It's definitely a cheesy 90's teen film, but it's a lot of fun. The one thing I will say is it's funny how these movies age. When I was younger I was like, they're 13, of course, they should be able to run around Paris and make out with strange boys, and now I'm like young ladies, get in the house and think about what you've done! If you're looking for a relatively innocent but fun spring break movie.
