Parks and Recreation: Summer

This episode doesn't scream summer, but it follows the Parks Department as they attempt to create their annual summer catalog. Leslie hopes to find inspiration from previous directors of the parks and recreation department but quickly learns that most of them didn't like their job very much. Honestly, most of this episode doesn't really bring up any summer feelings, perhaps April and Andy's picnic does. It's also from the second season when the show was still finding its tone, so it's not really a stand out comedy-wise either. It's not bad, just not the best.
