"Bob Fires the Kids" Season 3, Episode 3

So this may be one of the few episodes of Bob’s Burgers that is flat out set in summer, it also most  accurately portrays my personal feelings towards summer (as Gene says, "Summer is awful. There's too much pressure to enjoy yourself."). In this episode, Bob decides to fire the kids, in an attempt to have them enjoy the summer. He does this because he feels like he missed out on fun summers as a kid because he was forced to work in his father’s restaurant. The kids immediately object, but hesitantly decide to give summer a shot. There is a delightful montage of them trying to have fun, but the kids quickly grow tired and decide to find jobs elsewhere, specifically on a blueberry farm, which is actually a cover for a pot farm. While the episode only has a brief summer montage, it's generally hilarious and definitely warrants a watch. Especially if you're like me and would rather watch people enjoy summer on TV than actually go outside in the heat.
