Leprechaun (1993): St. Patrick's Day
April 20, 2017
So this has been in my drafts since March and I thought I posted it but I didn't, but I'm just gonna upload it now because I refuse to have it sitting here for a year.
This movie is a classic around this time of year, I'm pretty sure there's a marathon of the entire series on FX on St. Patrick's Day. This movie is also awful. Just... so awful. It has a young Jennifer Aniston as a girl who moves out to the country with her father. In the basement of their new house is a Leprechaun who is accidentally unleashed, seeking revenge for his gold being stolen. He starts murdering people. The special effects are horrendous, the acting is terrible, the whole thing is just a mess. But man is it a fun mess to watch. If you're into campy horror, then look no further.
