Teen Witch (1989): Halloween

I am absolutely fascinated by this movie because I honestly cannot believe that it exists. How did this get made? It's so bad, and I mean not just because of acting or the plot... everything about it is just bizarre. There's these strange musical numbers that happen out of nowhere... these white guys rapping constantly for no reason... I can't even begin to understand. And to say it was a box office bomb is an understatement. It made under $50,000 against a $2.5 MILLION budget. This film barely knows how to tell a story. Louise is a loser who is a natural witch that gains her powers on her 16th birthday. She uses those powers to become popular. And that's about it? I honestly can't describe it, it must be seen to be believed. It always plays during ABC Family (ugh, freeform)'s 13 Nights of Halloween so try to catch it if it's on.
