"Beach Games" Season 3, Episode 22

The connection to summer in this episodes stems from Michael taking his staff to the beach, where he plans to secretly test everyone's abilities to take over his job. He has them compete in a bunch of silly competitions which are a lot of fun to watch, and the staff's reluctance to participate is entertaining. Aside from the setting though, there isn't a whole lot of summer to this episode. Although I must say, it does kind of represent how summer feels as an adult; you should be having fun on a beach but you're always working.
