Tuck Everlasting (2002): Spring

Tuck Everlasting (2002): Spring

March 24, 2019

This is one of my favorite books, and I really like this film adaptation. This movie follows the Tucks, an immortal family that moves from town to town to hide the fact that they never age. When Jesse Tuck meets Winnie Foster, an upper class girl who is unhappy in her controlling home, the two begin to fall in love. When the family must escape the town, Jesse asks Winnie to make the difficult choice of also becoming immortal and coming with them, or staying where she is. This movie has some gorgeous scenes of nature and spring time. Plus Winnie's lacy victorian dresses are beautiful and will make you ready for breezy spring air and pretty light clothes. I definitely recommend checking this film out to get in the mood for spring. To up the experience, open the windows on a warm day.
