"The Deepening" Season 3, Episode 6

This episode follows Bob's quest to display the shark from one of his favorite local movies, The Deepening (a play on the infamous summer classic, Jaws). When Mr. Fischoeder obtains the mechanical movie shark as an attraction at Wonder Wharf, they quickly lose control of the prop, and end up having to battle the shark. Some of my favorite episodes of this show are parodies of famous movies, and the allusions to Jaws in this episode are enough to make you simultaneously long for summer and dread going into the water. I’m labeling this under shark week because duh, but it’s definitely appropriate for watching all summer long.
