Raising Hope: Halloween

"Happy Halloween" Season 1, Episode 5

This show was such an unappreciated gift. In this episode, Jimmy is celebrating Hope's first Halloween. However, when Sabrina's boyfriend can't go to a party with her and she invites him instead, he leaves Hope with a few friends in order to spend time with Sabrina. Meanwhile, we learn that Jimmy was always afraid of Halloween as a kid because of a scary man in a mask who he would see every year. Burt eventually admits that it was really him and he did it because Jimmy would run home to him for comfort. Maw Maw has an episode where she believes she is 9 years old and Virginia is forced to take her out trick or treating. This episode is so funny and original and I think it provides some great halloween laughs. I definitely recommend putting this one for some lighthearted holiday fun.
