Bob's Burgers: Halloween

"Fort Night" Season 4, Episode 2

This is the second Halloween episode of the series, and it's a little weaker than the first, but still entertaining. I feel like season four displayed a budget increase, where the characters could get out of the restaurant and explore the world more, as well as meet new characters. I'm not saying it's worse or better than the early seasons, but I do feel this was a bit of a transitional time. In this episode the kids are unable to go trick or treating because Louise's crazy stalker traps them in their fort. Meanwhile Bob and Linda decide the kids' costume can't go to waste so they go out to get candy themselves. This episode has some great Andy and Ollie lines and some interesting interactions between the kids. But because there isn't any real trick or treating or many costumes, it isn't the best representation of the holiday .
