The Office: Christmas

"Secret Santa" Season 6, Episode 13

So of all the Christmas episodes of The Office, this is one of my absolute favorites. It has some genuinely hilarious moments and is also filled with Christmas imagery and spirit. Jim and Dwight are running the holiday party and Jim fulfills Phyllis' dream of playing Santa Claus. Michael wants to be Santa, so obviously he throws a fit and tries to steal the role from her. This leads to him calling the company CFO and complaining and finding out a big secret about the corporate office. THere's also a side plot about Pam trying to get Oscar and one of the warehouse workers together as Oscar has a crush on him. One of my favorite bits is that Andy is Erin's secret Santa and is sending her the 12 days of Christmas, which in his words "is basically 30 birds". It never fails to crack me up. This episode is fun, funny, and has some heartwarming moments as well. I definitely recommend checking it out to get in the Christmas mood.
