Scream, The Series: Back to School

So hopefully your school year this year isn't this full of murder and mystery. This series is inspired by the successful movie franchise (and if you've read my review of the film, love of my life, Scream). However, its set in a different town, with different characters, and a different mask, so basically the only connection to the original Scream series is the name. It took me a while to give the show a chance due to my bitterness about using the name for brand recognition, but once I finally gave it a chance, it's not that bad. It's not wonderful, but it's definitely entertaining in a more violent pretty little liars sort of way. So while this show is definitely more focused on the murders, its set at a high school. It's a very fun high school horror-drama and great to watch on a chilly autumn night.
