"Repilot" Season 5, Episode 1

In the first episode of season 5, the group has since graduated and moved on from Greendale. Jeff's law practice is failing and he gets offered a case where he would be suing Greendale. He convinces the dean that he wants to help Greendale so that he can snoop around, however, the dean gets the whole group together to help Jeff "save" Greendale. Meanwhile, the group realizes that they aren't really happy with how they've been living since Greendale and decide to re-enroll at the school with new majors. Jeff reluctantly agrees to accept a teaching position at the school. This episode is good for back to school because it shows the gang decided to continue their education. The episode isn't that academically focused, but it does take place in the school and sees the gang returning to their alma mater. Plus this show is just good so everyone should watch it.
